Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BizOnline Daily collects when you visit bisnisonlineaja.xyz, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

Effective date: 1 October 2026 · Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Introduction

BizOnline Daily ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at bisnisonlineaja.xyz. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, fairly and transparently, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and — where applicable — the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

This policy applies to the website only. It does not apply to third-party sites that we link to, and we encourage you to read their policies separately.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Newsletter subscription: the email address you submit, together with the date and time of consent.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you select and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system and screen size.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, referring pages, time on page and general geographic region (city or country level).

We do not collect special-category data (such as health or political data), and we do not ask you to provide it.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information only for the following purposes, each supported by a lawful basis under GDPR Article 6:

  • To deliver the newsletter you requested (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
  • To reply to messages you send us (legitimate interests, and your request).
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it (legitimate interests).
  • To keep the site secure and to prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
  • To comply with legal obligations where they apply (legal obligation).

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers on an individually identifiable basis.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries. Strictly necessary items make the site work — for example, remembering whether you prefer light or dark mode. Analytics cookies, where used, are aggregated and set to respect your browser's Do Not Track signal.

  • Strictly necessary: required for basic functionality and security.
  • Preference: stores your theme choice in local storage. No personal data is transmitted.
  • Analytics: aggregated measurement of page views and performance. Optional where consent is required.

You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site behaves.

5. Third parties and service providers

We use a limited number of reputable service providers to run the site — for example web hosting and email delivery. These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by data-processing agreements. Where a provider is located outside the EEA or UK, transfers rely on approved safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Some article pages may link to external websites. Once you follow such a link, that third party's privacy policy governs the data it collects, and we have no control over it.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to suppress the address from future sends.
  • Contact form messages: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Server logs: typically 30 days, then automatically purged.
  • Aggregated analytics: retained indefinitely, because it contains no personal data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate data.
  • The right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten").
  • The right to restrict or object to processing.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what categories of data are collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood.

8. Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
